Global Climate Change is the climate changes caused by
global warming caused by greenhouse gases whose amount and intensity in the
atmosphere increases as a result of human consumption of fossil fuels,
industrial and agricultural activities. These climate changes are drought, desertification,
instability and deviations in precipitation, floods, typhoon, storm, tornado,
etc. It manifests itself with symptoms such as increases in meteorological
events.
Global Climate Change can be mitigated by measures to be
taken by countries and by creating an awareness of individual responsibility.
We think that the possible anxiety and hopelessness that may occur in students
these days, when the effects of pandemics continue and therefore, when distance
education is continued, will decrease with online seminars, competitions and
activities. Students who love and protect their planet and gain awareness about
climate change will act with this responsibility.
Anticipated outcomes :
-Understand and explain the mechanism of global warming
- Able to analyze the causes and consequences of global
warming
-Able to evaluate the climate change studies of countries
-Able to evaluate the measures taken for the consequences of
climate change in our country
-Discover new ways to fight global and individual climate
change
We aim to create conscious student groups.
